How to post a job

for the right person to help you

Emma™ helps you find the help you need! Wouldn't it be nice to know more about the person you employ before agreeing to offer them benefits?

Emma makes that fast and easy by letting potential employees share and view Facebook profile information. To start, you can either scan other postings or create your own.

1. Scan What's Out There

  • From the Scan screen, simply search for "house cleaning."
  • Like what you see? Get more information about it!
  • Nothing catching your eye? Time to make your own listing!

OR Make Your Own Post

  • Go to the "Services" category and then select the "Household Services" subcategory.
  • Provide details for your listing like how much you would like to pay, when you want someone to come, and what kind of maid you would like. Add photos and notes to your listing if need be!
  • Set the level of profile information you need to see from bidders. You control who sees your listing and exactly what you need from potential house cleaners.

2. Find the Right Person

  • Find the right person by "trading" profile information with or viewing profile details for potential maids.
  • Share more of your own profile information by using the "Send" button.
  • Ask for more details or information using the "Message" button.

  • Like what you see in an existing listing? Bid on it!
  • Like what you see in an existing bid? Accept it!
  • Now you have a closed contract with a great maid!
